Questions About Full-Day Hire
How is the price calculated?
A flat daily rate covers your driver, vehicle, and a set number of kilometers. Extra kilometers beyond the allowance are charged at a per-kilometer rate for your vehicle class. You'll see the full breakdown — including any overage charges — before you confirm your booking.
What if I exceed the included kilometers?
Each vehicle class has a kilometer allowance included in the daily rate. If you drive beyond it, you'll be charged for the extra kilometers at the applicable rate for your vehicle class. This is clearly shown in your quote.
Can I plan specific stops, or does the driver decide?
You're in control. Tell the driver where you want to go, and the driver takes you there. You can change stops along the way — the driver adapts to your schedule. Add any special notes when you book (e.g., "Please wait 30 minutes at the first stop").
Is the same driver with me all day?
Yes. You get one professional driver and one vehicle for the entire day. This consistency makes communication easier and means your driver learns your preferences as the day goes on.
What if I need the driver for longer than a day?
Full-day hire covers approximately 24 hours of booking. For multi-day trips (2+ days), we offer a multi-day hire option with different pricing and allowances. Book a multi-day tour if you're planning an extended journey.
Can I book a female driver or other preferences?
Yes. When you book, you can tick the "female driver" preference or the "family-friendly" option if available. We'll match you with a driver who meets your preferences, pending availability.
