If you are booking a journey
You are choosing a driver, not being assigned one. These explain what that means for your booking, your money and your safety.

Verification is not a one-off. Insurance, revenue licences, fitness certificates and driving licences all expire, and a listing is only as valid as its documents — so every expiry is tracked and warned on before it lapses.
What we do with your data
- Privacy and data protection — what is held, why, who sees it and for how long.
- Cookie policy — what is stored in your browser, and what is not.
Card details are never stored on our systems. Payments run on Stripe's own hosted page, and we receive confirmation rather than a card number.
The short version
- You choose the driver. Name, photograph, rating, vehicle and registration, all before you book.
- The price is fixed at booking. No surge — not in December, not at 2 a.m., not when it rains.
- Most cancellations are free. Airport pickups are measured from the actual landing time, not the scheduled one.
- Every contact route is the contact form. No inbox to shout into: your message arrives with a category, a reference and a record.
