If your organisation books travel regularly, an account removes the card payment from every individual journey and puts it on one invoice.
What an account gives you
- Invoiced billing — journeys accumulate and are invoiced on an agreed cycle rather than charged per trip.
- Booking for other people — arrange travel for staff, clients or visitors without their card details.
- Cost references — attach a project, department or cost centre to each booking so the invoice reconciles against your own records.
- Itemised statements — every journey listed with date, route, vehicle, driver and fare.
- Agreed vehicle standards — restrict bookings to particular classes where you need consistency for client travel.
Opening an account
Apply through the contact form, choosing the additional service category. We will ask for business registration details, the billing address, the person authorised to approve bookings, and your expected volume and routes. Approval normally takes 3–5 working days.
Payment terms
Invoices are issued on the agreed cycle and payable within the agreed period. Where an account falls significantly overdue, booking is suspended until it is settled — we will always tell you before that happens rather than letting a booking fail at the kerb.
Fares on an account are calculated from the same rate card as any other booking. An account changes how you pay, not what you pay; any negotiated rate is set out separately in your agreement.
Cancellation on an account
The standard cancellation terms apply. Charges are added to the invoice rather than taken from a card.
Airport and event work
For conferences, delegations and events needing multiple vehicles at once, contact us before booking individually. Coordinated group movements are arranged directly with operators who can commit the fleet, which is more reliable than several separate bookings landing at the same address.
Getting in touch
Every enquiry under this page goes through the contact form on the main site, with a category, a reference and a record of what you sent.
