Frequently Asked Questions
What does the price cover?
The car, the driver and the fuel for the whole journey, priced by the same engine that prices every other hire on this site. Hotels, entrance tickets and meals are arranged and paid separately unless your quote says otherwise — we tell you that up front rather than at the end.
Is it the same driver for the whole trip?
Yes. A multi-day journey is one driver and one vehicle for its whole length — that is what makes it different from booking a separate transfer on each day, and it is why the driver can move a stop around when the day changes.
Can I change a journey before I book?
Every stop on a journey can be moved, added to or dropped. Tell us what you want changed when you ask for the dates and the quote comes back against your version, not the published one.
Do journeys have to start at the airport?
No, but most do — Bandaranaike International at Katunayake is in the "starting from" list above for exactly that reason. If you are already in the country, start from the city you are in.
