Every suite has its own living room, bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and — unusually for a city hotel — its own private outdoor courtyard for dining or relaxing outside without leaving the room. Rooms are also fitted with a 42-inch flat-screen television, WiFi, a mini-bar and a tea and coffee station, but it is the courtyard layout that sets the property apart; it owes more to the original townhouse's domestic architecture than to any standard hotel floor plan.

The building's original courtyards and gardens remain in use as shared space, alongside an open-air terrace and lounge, and the hotel runs a gourmet restaurant with 24-hour dining rather than fixed meal service hours. A swimming pool and loungers sit within the grounds, and in-room massage is available for guests who would rather not leave their suite at all, which suits a property built around privacy and seclusion rather than shared social spaces.

Practical amenities are present but kept deliberately unobtrusive: a fitness centre, a 24-hour front desk, meeting facilities, luggage storage, an ironing service and free parking are all on site, without disturbing the residence's character.
