Strictly necessary

These cannot be switched off without breaking the service. Signing in and booking are not possible without the first two.
Analytics
We use aggregate analytics to understand which pages are used and where journeys through the site fail. This data is aggregated and is not used to build a profile of you or to target advertising.
Payment
Stripe sets its own cookies on its hosted checkout page for fraud prevention. Those are governed by Stripe's own policy and are set on Stripe's domain, not ours.
What we do not use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Cross-site tracking.
- Selling or sharing browsing data with data brokers.
Managing cookies
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will prevent you from signing in or completing a booking.
Getting in touch
Every enquiry, complaint and request under this policy goes through the contact form on the main site. Choose the category that fits — booking, payments, cancellation, additional service, complaint, additional information or other — describe what happened and attach any evidence. That form routes your message to the team that can actually act on it and gives you a record of what you sent.
